Our lessons run during term time and are carefully structured to help swimmers progress from one stage to the next:

· Stages 1–6: 30 minutes (some Stage 5/6 sessions are 45 minutes)

· Stages 7–9: 45 minutes

· Stage 10 (Academy): 45–60 minutes

· Swimfit: 60 minutes

· Adult lessons: 45 minutes

From Stage 7, swimmers recommended by coaches may transition into competitive squads such as Transition Squad (1 session/week) or Development 3 Squad (2 sessions/week)
