2012 County Championships Info
Entries must be on the form listed below and signed by the coach, please do not leave this to the closing date. The RSC closing date for entries is THURSDAY 19 JANUARY. NO late entries or entries without accompanying payment will be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING ENTRIES:
Apart from the 800m & 1500m freestyle, times MUST have been achieved at a licensed meet since 25 January 2011. I will not check times entered but the County will. Please don't rely on your coach to complete or correct times. Times/dates can be checked on the rankings database at http://www.swimmingresults.org/2010web/index.php?nextpage=../historic/current.php Times are from a 25m pool. The meet name & licence number etc only need to be completed if you are using a time converted from a non-25m pool.
For those swimming at the Windsor meet, I will take the forms with me and update any quicker times swum and will add new events where consideration times are achieved if you tell me on the day & make payment for the additional entries.
HELP NEEDED: Reading need to provide a runner for the 2 sessions on 25 February to distribute the start sheets and results. If your child is swimming in the championships please could I ask you to consider volunteering; it doesn't need to be done by 1 person and we can split the sessions into smaller chunks of time to make it less onerous. The parents who have volunteered previously will be officiating this year, so please let me know if you can help while your child is swimming.
