Only one nomination form per candidate is required.

Notes:

• The Club Captains must be swimming members of the club, aged 16 or over on 31.12.2007
• Persons nominated must be willing to attend Executive Committee meetings and represent the Club as required.
• Persons nominated must consent to their nomination.
• Nominations may be submitted by swimming members of the Club.

In the events of there being more than one nomination for either office, a ballot will take place, when all swimming members will be entitled to vote.
