Squad Administrators
These persons act as focal point for the squads.
The Squad Administrators are usually parents who have a swimmer in the squad. They collect information on upcoming competitions, receipts for entries, and other paper work and file it in the club file, where it is collected by the swimmers at training sessions. They also ensure that communication from the swimmers - to coaches or co-ordinators - if placed in the folder, gets dispatched. They will also be the focus of the coach wanting to communicate to the squad members - for example if a training session is cancelled, or moved.
They are human - so don't expect this to happen instantly if you're late, or up against a deadline!
