Splish - US web site, for very different, reasonably priced costumes, which most of the higher squads seem to wear
Prescription Goggles - useful google search.
SwimRight - "Technical Support for a Technical Sport" - local stroke technique analysis centre.
BBC Sport - you probably know this one anyway, but there is a specific swimming section.
There is a Spectator's Guide to Water Polo - American, but it works...
The most useful starting point is the ASA Officials website. This contains a database of sample questions, syllabus and ASA technical rules which supplement the FINA rules. There is also a newsletter for officials - Swimmers Officials News. This needs to be supplemented with references to the FINA website, in particular the FINA rules and regulations for swimming area.
