Election of Club Captains

Nomination forms are available for the election of

Ladies' and Mens'

Club captains

for 2006/2007

Closing Date for nominations is Thursday 12th October 2006

Notes:

The Club Captains must be swimming members of the club, aged 16 or above on 31.12.2006
Persons nominated must be willing to attend Executive Committee meetings and represent the Club as required
Persons nominated must consent to their nomination
Nominations may be submitted by swimming members of the club.
Only one nomination form per candidate is required

In the event of there being more than one nomination for either office, a ballot will take place, when all swimming members will be entitles to vote.
