Notice is hereby given
that the

Annual General Meeting

Reading Swimming Club

will held held in

The Kennet Room, Civic Offices, Reading

on

Monday 6th November 2006 at 8 for 8:30pm

In accordance with Rules 6 and 8(i) nominations for the Executive Committee and all proposals for alterations or additions to the Rules or any relevant business to be brought before the Annual General Meeting must be submitted to the Hon Secretary, Julie Perrin, 21 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. i.e. 16th October 2006 (or as soon as possible please)

All persons standing for Office, proposers and seconders, must be either swimming or non-swimming members of Reading Swimming Club.

An Agenda for the meeting will be available 14 days prior to the meeting

A copy of the Club Rules can be seen on the club noticeboard at the Central Pool, Reading.

Nomination Forms are available from Hon Secretary, Membership Secretary or Squad Administrators
