And of course Alex Perrin's Swimsound for the excellent PA and music and Lynsey Thompson of Keith Thompson Photography for her action photograph service - which your webmaster has only ever seen offered before at national level

Full results and reports can be seen via our meet calendar. And archived copy of the entry information is also available.

Congratulations to the top three visiting clubs - City of Cardiff (retaining the trophy), Wycombe District and Royal Tunbridge Wells Monson, top swimmers in age groups and overall - both from Wycombe SC, Jeni Howard and James Crawford.

Finally congratulations to Ben Lowndes for beating Guernsey's qualification time for the Commonwealth Games 200 fly, and good luck to all swimmers at the meet who will be at Welsh Nationals next weekend.

See you all next year!
